NYCC 2025: AMC returns with Panels and Sneak Previews of What’s Ahead

AMC Networks has announced its lineup at this year’s New York Comic Con, including panels for fan-favorite series in Anne Rice’s Immortal Universe, The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon, and a celebration of Shudder’s 10th Anniversary. Fans will get an exclusive first-look at scenes and teasers from Anne Rice’s Talamasca: The Secret Order, premiering October 26, Anne Rice’s The Vampire Lestat, debuting next year, and The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon, which is currently airing Sundays, all on AMC and AMC+. Additionally, attendees will celebrate Shudder’s 10th Anniversary with two exclusive panels featuring new and upcoming Shudder films and series.

Anne Rice’s Immortal Universe – Panel on Friday, October 10, 6:45-8:00pm, Main Stage

Anne Rice’s Talamasca: The Secret Order

The newest series within Anne Rice’s Immortal Universe will take the Main Stage at New York Comic Con for the first time! Fans will be given a sneak preview of Anne Rice’s Talamasca: The Secret Order and the secretive society responsible for tracking and containing the witches, vampires, and other creatures around the globe, ahead of the series’ two-episode premiere on October 26 on AMC and AMC+. Panelists include Executive Producer Mark Johnson, who oversees Anne Rice’s Immortal Universe for AMC Networks, Showrunner and Executive Producer John Lee Hancock, series stars Nicholas Denton and William Fichtner,and special guest star Eric Bogosian. Moderated by TV Guide Magazine and TV Insider’s Senior WriterDamian Holbrook, the panel will tease first look clips from the series and debut a full look at the six-episode first season.

Anne Rice’s The Vampire Lestat

Then, join the cast and executive producer from the critically acclaimed, award-winning series Anne Rice’s The Vampire Lestat, which follows rockstar Lestat (Sam Reid) and his band on tour, for a panel previewing the series return in 2026. Executive Producer Johnson and cast members Reid, Jacob Anderson, BogosianAssad Zaman and Jennifer Ehle will reveal news and debut a new teaser for the highly anticipated third season in the panel moderated by Holbrook.

The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon – Panel on Friday, October 10, 8:30-9:15pm, Main Stage

Ahead of season three’s final two episodes, the cast and executive producers will discuss the remainder of the season, which tracks Daryl (Norman Reedus) and Carol (Melissa McBride) as they continue their journey towards home and the ones they love, share exclusive new footage from the show and reveal a special behind-the-scenes look from the set of season four. Panelists include Chief Content Officer of the Walking Dead Universe Scott M. Shudder’s Senior Vice President of Programming and Acquisitions Sam Zimmerman leads a discussion on the current state of horror, what scares us the most, and the future of the genre, including a look back at some of the most popular titles from Shudder’s 10-year history and exclusive news on what’s to come to the streamer. Just in time for spooky season, dive into the glam-gore world of queer horror with a spotlight on the highly anticipated QUEENS OF THE DEAD, a sequin-soaked zombie spectacle from Tina Romero, daughter of horror legend George A. Romero. Panelists include filmmaker Tina Romero and cast members Jack Haven, Julie J, Jaquel Spivey, Tomas Matos, Samora La Perdida and more to be announced. Moderated by The New York Times critic Erik Piepenburg, this panel features cast and creators, serving behind-the-scenes stories and insight into how queer voices are reshaping the genre—one blood-splattered heel at a time. 

SDCC 2025: AMC Networks returns with a Lienup of Panels, Screenings, Fan Activation, and More

AMC Networks returns to Comic-Con International in San Diego, CA with a dynamic lineup of fan-favorite series panels and a not-to-be-missed Shudder activation based on the hit film Clown in a Cornfield, which makes its Shudder and AMC+ streaming debut on August 8, among other activities. Panels include a return to Hall H for The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon, featuring an exclusive first-look at the official trailer from the third season, premiering Sunday, September 7 on AMC and AMC+; and Ballroom 20 panels for two series in AMC Networks’ Anne Rice Immortal Universe, including the new season of the critically acclaimed Anne Rice’s Interview with the Vampire, which began production in Toronto last month, and the newest series, Anne Rice’s Talamasca, premiering in October on AMC and AMC+. 

Additionally, the IFC Entertainment Group will have cast and producers from a number of films participating in three panels, including Collider’s Ladies Night After Dark, featuring female filmmakers in the independent space; The Bold Voice of Contemporary Horror panel, spotlighting a variety of horror films; and Leave Them in Suspense panel, which will include Adam Cesare, award-winning author of the book Clown in a Cornfield, on which the film is based.

The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon panel on Friday, July 25, 12:15-1:15pm, Hall H 

The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon returns to Hall H for an exclusive preview of the series’ highly anticipated third season, filmed in Spain, with panelists including Chief Content Officer of the Walking Dead Universe Scott M. Gimple, Showrunner and Executive Producer David Zabel, Executive Producer and Director Greg Nicotero, Executive Producer and Star Norman Reedus, and Executive Producer and Star Melissa McBride. The panel will debut the official trailer for season three, which returns Sunday, September 7 at 9pm ET on AMC and AMC+. 

Season three follows Daryl Dixon (Reedus) and Carol Peletier (McBride) as they continue their journey to somehow return home and to the ones they love. As they struggle to find their way back, the path takes them farther astray, leading them through distant lands with ever-changing and unfamiliar conditions as they witness the various effects of the Walker apocalypse.

Comic-Con attendees will be introduced to the newest series within the Anne Rice Immortal Universe, and the Talamasca secretive society responsible for tracking and containing the witches, vampires, and other creatures scattered around the globe. Panelists include Executive Producer Mark Johnson, who oversees the Anne Rice Immortal Universe for AMC Networks, Showrunners and Executive Producers, John Lee Hancock and Mark Lafferty, along with cast members Nicholas Denton, William Fichtner, Celine Buckens and Maisie Richardson-Sellers. Moderated by TV Guide Magazine and TV Insider’s Damian Holbrook, the panel will also debut a thrilling teaser trailer and reveal exclusive series news. 

Anne Rice’s Interview with the Vampire  

The critically acclaimed, award-winning series returns to Ballroom 20 for a panel that will give attendees an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the making of the new season and preview the story of rockstar Lestat (Sam Reid), who starts a band and heads out on tour, among other series news and on-stage surprises. Moderated by Holbrook, the panel will feature Executive Producer Mark Johnson, Showrunner and Executive Producer Rolin Jones, Composer Daniel Hart and cast members Reid, Jacob Anderson and Eric Bogosian. 

Shudder Presents CLOWN IN A CORNFIELD: The Experience

Inspired by IFC Entertainment Group’s smash hit film CLOWN IN A CORNFIELD, which makes its streaming debut on Shudder and AMC+ on August 8, Comic-Con attendees get a chance to test their mettle and evade Frendo on his cornfield home turf. The fan experience will immerse attendees within settings from the film, beginning in the town square during the Founders Day parade, which gives way to a corn maze. Once through the maze, a refuge and celebration for “survivors” awaits with the Shudder Survivors Party, featuring photo opps., games and giveaways.

Anne Rice’s Mayfair Witches panel on Thursday, October 17, 12:45-2:15pm, Main Stage

Fans will be treated to an exclusive advance screening of the highly anticipated premiere episode of season two before it returns early next year on AMC and AMC+. Based on Anne Rice’s Lives of the Mayfair Witches, season two continues the journey of Rowan Mayfair (Alexandra Daddario) after she has unwittingly given birth to the demon Lasher (Jack Huston). She is determined to understand what he has become – human or monster? – and to use him to fulfill her purpose as a healer, but when tragedy strikes, she must put aside her own desires and fight to protect her family. 

Directly following the screening, Executive Producer Mark Johnson, who oversees the Anne Rice Immortal Universe, Showrunner Esta Spalding and cast members Harry Hamlin, Tongayi Chirisa and Alyssa Jirrels will tease the new season with a discussion and fan Q&A.

As their paths intertwine, they come to see that the way out for both is more complicated and harrowing than they ever imagined.

AMC Networks has announced its lineup of five star-studded series panels at this year’s Comic-Con International in San Diego, CA, including the Walking Dead Universe series The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon – The Book of Carol and The Walking Dead: Dead City; the Anne Rice Immortal Universe series Anne Rice’s Interview with the Vampire and Anne Rice’s Mayfair Witches; and the final season of Snowpiercer. Fans will get an exclusive first-look at trailers and teases from the highly anticipated second seasons of Dead City and Daryl Dixon – The Book of Carol, which premieres on Sunday, September 29 on AMC and AMC+. Attendees will be treated to an advance screening of the second episode of Snowpiercer’s final season, followed by a panel with cast and executive producers. Additionally, the casts and creative teams from Interview with the Vampire, which was recently renewed for a third season, and Mayfair Witches, returning early next year, will discuss their respective series and debut new teases. Snowpiercer panel on Friday, July 26, 11:15am-12:30pm, Ballroom 20

Set more than seven years after the world has become a frozen wasteland, Snowpiercer centers on the remnants of humanity who inhabit a perpetually moving train, with 1001 cars, that circles the globe. Class warfare, social injustice and the politics of survival play out in this riveting television adaptation based on the graphic novel series by Jacques Lob and Jean-Marc Rochette, and the film from Oscar-winner Bong Joon Ho (Parasite). The action-packed finale of Season 3 left a split with Melanie Cavill (Jennifer Connelly) leading the Eternal Engine and those passengers who chose to stay aboard Snowpiercer for relative safety, and Andre Layton (Daveed Diggs) leading the others on Big Alice choosing to adventure to the unknown, outside world of New Eden.

Anne Rice’s Interview with the Vampire and Anne Rice’s Mayfair Witches on Saturday, July 27, 5:00-6:15pm, Ballroom 20

In Interview with the Vampire in the year 2022, the vampire Louis de Pointe du Lac (Jacob Anderson) recounts his life story to journalist Daniel Molloy (Eric Bogosian). Picking up from the bloody events in New Orleans in 1940 when Louis and teen fledgling Claudia (Delainey Hayles) conspired to kill the Vampire Lestat de Lioncourt (Sam Reid), Louis tells of his adventures in Europe, a quest to discover Old World Vampires and the Theatre Des Vampires in Paris, with Claudia, and it is in Paris that Louis first meets the Vampire Armand (Assad Zaman). Over two seasons, Interview has attracted a loyal base of passionate fans and widespread critical acclaim, with the rare distinction of receiving 98-point scores for both its first and second seasons on Rotten Tomatoes. NYCC 2023: Melissa McBride returns to The Walking Dead in 2024 with The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon – The Book of Carol

Melissa McBride is set to reprise her fan-favorite role as “Carol Peletier” as a series regular in the second season of The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon, which was announced at New York Comic Con earlier today. McBride first played “Carol” in The Walking Dead flagship series for eleven seasons alongside Norman Reedus, who stars as “Daryl Dixon” in the spin-off series set in France.  The news of McBride’s return to the Walking Dead Universe comes just ahead of the show’s Season One finale on Sunday, October 15 at 9pm ET/PT on AMC and AMC+, in which she makes an appearance.

The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon has been a ratings success on AMC+ and AMC to become the most-viewed premiere in the history of AMC+ and is pacing to be the most-viewed single series of any show ever on the platform. As he makes the journey, though, the connections he forms along the way complicate his ultimate plan. 

Also in the Walking Dead Universe, the second half of the eighth and final season of Fear the Walking Dead returns Sunday, October 22 at 9pm ET/8c on AMC and AMC+ and The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live, starring Andrew Lincoln and Danai Gurira, is set to premiere in February 2024.

NYCC 2023: AMC reveals their lineup of panels, screenings, and look at what’s ahead

AMC Networks has announced its lineup at this year’s New York Comic Con, which runs from October 12 to October 15 at the Javits Center, including panels, special screenings and Q&As, along with an exclusive look at some of its most anticipated series in 2024.

A comprehensive schedule is below:

Thursday, October 12 from 4:15pm – 6:15pm; Empire Stage

NYCC attendees will be the first to see The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon season finale ahead of its airing on Sunday, October 15 at 9pm ET/8c on AMC and AMC+, followed by a Q&A with Chief Content Officer of the Walking Dead Universe Scott M. Gimple, Showrunner David Zabel and Executive Producer Greg Nicotero and moderated by Entertainment Weekly’s Dalton Ross. 

Ahead of the episode screening, attendees will get an exclusive first look at new scenes and teasers from Orphan Black: Echoes, The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live andAnne Rice’s Interview with the Vampire Season Two.

Thursday, October 12 from 7:30pm – 9:30pm, Room 405

Fans can join HIDIVE for the World Premiere of the English dub of The Tunnel to Summer, the Exit of Goodbyes followed by a Q&A hosted by Jacki Jing and featuring stars of the English dub, including voice actors Gabriel Regojo (voice of Karou) and Patricia Duran (voice of Anzu). The Annecy Award-winning film opens in U.S. theaters on November 3.

In celebration of the return of the popular V/H/S franchise – V/H/S/85 begins streaming on October 6 – Shudder brings together directors from each installment of the horror phenomenon to talk about their respective films, the horror genre today, the evolution of the franchise and what’s to come. The panel, moderated by Shudder’s VP of Programming Samuel Zimmerman, will feature David Bruckner (V/H/S/1), Chloe Okuno (V/H/S/94),  Natasha Kermani (V/H/S/85), Jason Eisener (V/H/S/2), and Tyler McIntyre (V/H/S/99), among others.

AMC Networks has announced its return to this year’s Comic-Con International in San Diego, CA, including an Anne Rice Immortal Universe fan experience and activation and a Walking Dead Universe Fan Watch Party in Hall H for Comic-Con attendees. Inspired by the critically acclaimed series Anne Rice’s Interview with the Vampire and Anne Rice’s Mayfair Witches, “The Street of Immortality” fan activation is a New Orleans-themed experience featuring iconic locations from the series. In Hall H, fans will get an exclusive first-look at trailers and teases from all four series in the Walking Dead Universe, including a special sneak peek of the first half of the first episode of The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon, which debuts Sunday, September 10 on AMC and AMC+.

The Anne Rice Immortal Universe Experience and Activation, “The Street of Immortality”

Open Thursday, July 20, Friday, July 21 and Saturday, July 22 from 11am – 7pm PT. **The event is free and all ages are welcome.

AMC Networks is back at the Hilton San Diego Gaslamp Quarter Hotel terrace (401 K Street) where guests will be invited to tour “The Street of Immortality,” a New Orleans-inspired immersive experience with several photo and video opportunities along the route. Attendees will recognize some iconic locations from Interview with the Vampire such as the Hotel Iberville and Nawlins Records. 

As attendees tour the street, they’ll collect exclusive souvenirs and limited-edition premiums, including “The Elixir of Immortality,” a mocktail presented by POM Wonderful, among other moments and experiences.
