After his initial declaration was withdrawn, a declaration by Charles Parker was submitted to the court. The new declaration includes unsealed documents for:

• Employee Manual
• Exit Interviews
• Cease-and-Desist Letter

Many were sealed during the initial declaration but that was denied.
