KEVIN SMITH: TOO FAT FOR 40 Blu-ray™ and DVD
Poking fun at his much-publicized brouhaha with Southwest Airlines, writer, director, actor and ardent podcaster Kevin Smith declares himself too fat for his 40th birthday in a hilarious show before his rabidly loyal fans. Filmed at the Count Basie Theatre in Smith’s hometown of Red Bank, New Jersey, this comedy special spotlights not only Smith’s self-deprecating sense of humor, but also his fondness (and true gift) for spinning a good yarn. Tracking the turbulent year in his life in which he was tossed from the sky, Smith makes with the funny but still manages to ask the hard questions – like “Whatchoo talkin’ ‘bout, Willis?”
Originally a two-hour special, this deluxe 2-disc edition includes the uncut three-and-a-half-hour Q&A, as well as hours of exclusive bonus features!
Special features:
- 3 1/2 hour performance
- Additional Encore Q&A
- New Intro
- A Look Behind the Scenes
- Over five hours of content!
SMODIMATIONS: SEASON ONE DVD
Since 2007, filmmaker and pop culture loudmouth Kevin Smith and his longtime producer and friend Scott Mosier have been littering the Internet with hundreds of hours of dopey stoner storytelling and chitchat called SModcast. Now Canadian animator Steve Stark cartoons the weirdest and funniest conversational snippets of that chatter into SModimations!
The laugh-out-loud-funny first season of SModimations has now been edited together with brand-new material to create a seamless animated feature film experience tailored for both the Smith-obsessed as well as total newbies! Strap on a diaper and wet yourself laughing while Kevin and Scott take you under the seas to meet an aquatic superzero, use black magic and old-timey boxing to fight the Rapture and cast the spell that lets young wizards everywhere slut it up with zero repercussions, “FORGETICUS!”
Bonus features:
- Jay & Silent Bob Get Old and excerpts from Hollywood Babble-On
TOO FAT FOR 40 SMODIMATIONS 4-DVD Box Set

The slipcase-enclosed box set will also feature a bonus DVD of Hollywood Babble-On, Smith’s hilarious podcast with Ralph Garman, available nowhere else.
