Catwoman and Batwoman get the spotlight in new Catwoman: Hunted images

Just six days away from the launch of Catwoman: Hunted, so it’s time to turn the focus to the stars of the film – Catwoman, voiced by Elizabeth Gillies, and Batwoman, voiced by Stephanie Beatriz.

Catwoman: Hunted, the feature-length, anime-style film produced by Warner Bros. Animation, DC, and Warner Bros. Home Entertainment, comes to 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray Combo Pack, Blu-ray and Digital on February 8, 2022.

  • Batwoman makes her first appearance in Catwoman: Hunted in full-on chase mode atop her Batcycle – and she does catch her prey. Stephanie Beatriz (Brooklyn Nine-Nine, In The Heights, Encanto) gives voice to Batwoman.
  • One of the components that makes Catwoman: Hunted work so well is the camaraderie, competitiveness and quirky relationship of Catwoman and Batwoman. Elizabeth Gillies (Dynasty, Sex & Drugs & Rock & Roll, Vacation) and Stephanie Beatriz (Brooklyn Nine-Nine, In The Heights, Encanto) provide the voices of Catwoman and Batwoman, respectively.
  • If the good guys can have a bat, then why not the baddies? To counter a face-off with Catwoman and Batwoman, Cheshire summons Nosferata to join the fray. And at one point, the best Catwoman and Batwoman can do is go along for the ride. Zehra Fazal (Young Justice franchise) provides the voice of Nosferata, while Elizabeth Gillies (Dynasty, Sex & Drugs & Rock & Roll, Vacation) and Stephanie Beatriz (Brooklyn Nine-Nine, In The Heights, Encanto) provide the voices of Catwoman and Batwoman, respectively.
  • Catwoman adds a sword – courtesy of Cheshire – to her arsenal, and the felonious feline takes a liking to the lengthy, thick blade. Here, the viewer gets a nice vision of the city as reflected off the sword. Elizabeth Gillies (Dynasty, Sex & Drugs & Rock & Roll, Vacation) is the voice of Catwoman.

Villains abound in these new Catwoman: Hunted images

It’s not enough to have Interpol and Batwoman on your tail, but to also be pursued by Leviathan, a consortium of all kinds of vicious villains … apparently that’s just catnip for Selina Kyle in Catwoman: Hunted.

  • Always thinking himself the ladies’ man, Black Mask gets cornered by numrous women – namely Catwoman and Interpol agent Julia Pennyworth – and decides he’ll need far more than his charm and good looks to survive the encounter. Jonathan Banks (Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul) give voice to Black Mask.
  • There are cat fights galore in Catwoman: Hunted – and one of the more challenging pits Cheshire against Catwoman on a roof high above a meeting of Leviathan. Kelly Hu (Arrow, X2: X-Men United) provides the voice of Cheshire, while Elizabeth Gillies (Dynasty, Sex & Drugs & Rock & Roll, Vacation) leads the star-studded voice cast as Catwoman.
  • Introduced as the head of Leviathan, Barbara Minerva leads a veritable who’s who of baddies in Catwoman: Hunted. Kirby Howell-Baptiste (The Good Place, Barry) gives an elegant voice to Barbara Minerva.
  • The biggest, baddest and often times dumbest villain on Leviathan’s roster is Tobias Whale, who opens the film attempting to chase down a fleeing Catwoman with his own fleet of speedsters. Bet on Catwoman. Keith David (They Live, The Thing, Gargoyles) supplies the deep, textured voice of Tobias Whale.

Lauren Cohen, star of The Walking Dead and voice of Interpol agent Julia Pennyworth in Catwoman: Hunted, gets the spotlight today in new images from the film – and a still photo of Ms. Cohan recording her lines in the booth. And … today is Ms. Cohan’s birthday!

The Batman: The Complete Series Release Date Changed

Warner Bros. Home Entertainment (WBHE) has shifted the release date of the Emmy Award-winning The Batman: The Complete Series to March 1, 2022 on Blu-ray+Digital ($69.99 SRP) in the United States, and a Blu-ray only package ($79.98 SRP) in Canada. The original released date was February 1st.

This is the first time the fully-remastered, 65-episode series has been distributed on Blu-ray. Produced by Warner Bros. Animation and DC, the six-time Emmyâ Award-winning series follows 20-something-year-old Bruce Wayne’s early adventures as he balances his daytime persona as a bachelor billionaire with his nighttime guise as a caped crimefighter. Along the way, Batman is joined by allies Robin and Batgirl as they combat Gotham City’s Rogues’ Gallery, including updated versions of his familiar foes as well as a bevy of rarely seen villains like Killer Moth and The Everywhere Man. Join one of the most complex and intriguing character in comic book history for action-packed super heroic adventures that test the limits of this legendary character’s extraordinary physical prowess and super-sleuthing skills.

Catwoman: Hunted Arrives in February and Get a New Look

Everyone’s favorite felonious feline arrives with her own film – Catwoman: Hunted – just two months away … and you can get a look at new images spotlighting Selina Kyle and some of her foes in the film.

The early years of the Caped Crusader get a closer examination as Warner Bros. Home Entertainment (WBHE) brings the fully-remastered The Batman: The Complete Series to Blu-ray for the very first time. Produced by Warner Bros. Animation and DC, the 65-episode box set will be distributed February 1, 2022 by WBHE on Blu-ray+Digital ($69.99 SRP) in the United States, and a Blu-ray only package ($79.98 SRP) in Canada.

The six-time Emmy Award-winning series premiered on September 11, 2004 on Kids’ WB before eventually shifting to Cartoon Network for subsequent seasons. The Batman: The Complete Series follows 20-something-year-old Bruce Wayne’s early adventures as he balances his daytime persona as a bachelor billionaire with his nighttime guise as a caped crimefighter. Along the way, Batman is joined by allies Robin and Batgirl as they combat Gotham City’s Rogues’ Gallery, including updated versions of his familiar foes as well as a bevy of rarely seen villains like Killer Moth and The Everywhere Man. Join one of the most complex and intriguing character in comic book history for action-packed super heroic adventures that test the limits of this legendary character’s extraordinary physical prowess and super-sleuthing skills.

Executive Producer Alan Burnett led an extremely talented team that included producers Glen Murakami, Jeff Matsuda and Linda Steiner, and supervising producers Michael Goguen and Duane Capizzi. Villains get their due today in new images featuring Darkseid, Jax-Ur, Bizarro, and Mr. Mxyzptlk as Warner Bros. Home Entertainment celebrates the 25th anniversary of Superman: The Animated Series with the fully remastered release of the acclaimed series — on Blu-ray for the very first time — TOMORROW, Tuesday, October 26.

  • Bizarro, in mid-punch (of Superman). Tim Daly (Madame Secretary, Wings) did double duty as the voices of both Superman and Bizarro.
  • Darkseid, his eyes literally ablaze. Darkseid is voiced by Michael Ironside (Total Recall, Starship Troopers)
  • Jax-Ur, being hauled away by Superman. Jax-Ur is voiced by Ron Perlman (Hellboy, Sons of Anarchy)
  • Mr. Mxyzptlk, doing his best to annoy Superman. Mr. Mxyzptlk is voiced by Gilbert Gottfried (Aladdin, Problem Child)

Superman: The Complete Animated Series is Out on Tuesday. Get a New Look!

Warner Bros. Home Entertainment celebrates the 25th anniversary of Superman: The Animated Series with the fully remastered release of the acclaimed series — on Blu-ray for the very first time — next Tuesday, October 26.

Check out four images from the remastered footage of one of the most beloved animated Super Hero cartoons in history. The four images spotlight Superman (of course), Lois Lane, Jimmy Olsen and Lex Luthor.

Injustice is Out Today! Get a New Look

Injustice arrives TODAY, October 19 and, to celebrate, and we’ve got a new look at some key characters from the film – Harley Quinn & Green Arrow, Nightwing, Robin and the primary opposing forces of Superman and Batman. Injustice, the latest DC Animated Movie, is now available on 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray Combo Pack, Blu-ray and Digital from Warner Bros. Animation, DC, and Warner Bros. Home Entertainment.

  • Green Arrow & Harley Quinn provide both action and comic relief as the most unlikely partnership in Injustice. Reid Scott (Veep, Venom) plays Green Arrow opposite Gillian Jacobs (Community, Invincible) as Harley Quinn.
  • The key players for both sides – Superman’s core group of Wonder Woman, Cyborg and Robin, and Batman’s right-hand Nightwing – prepare to square off in Arkham Asylum. At least that’s the plan until Harley Quinn throws a curveball at both factions.
  • Why yes, those are Solomon Grundy’s fingers that Nightwing is attempting to pry open. Nightwing is voiced by Derek Phillips (Friday Night Lights, 42)
  • Robin plays an integral role in the film – frequently as the conscience of both sides – in Injustice. Zach Callison (Steven Universe, The Goldbergs) gives voice to Robin.
