HEROCLIX ONLINE RELEASES MARVEL’S THE INCREDIBLE HULK FAST FORCES COLLECTION

Hillside, N.J., Cary, N.C. – December 14, 2011 – Developers of HeroClix Online today released all-new content for the online game, adding a half dozen new figures from Marvel’s The Incredible Hulk Fast Forces collection to the online experience.

The Incredible Hulk Fast Forces also joins the lineup of virtual figures that are now available in physical HeroClix products. Beginning today, codes for virtual Incredible Hulk Fast Forces figures can be found in the “Marvel HeroClix: The Incredible Hulk Fast Forces Pack” available at participating retailers.

The new figures include Hulk, Hulkbuster Wrangler, She-Hulk, Abomination, General Thunderbolt Ross and The Leader, and they can be used alongside current sets Hammer of Thor and Infinity Challenge.

Complete Blackest Night and Superman Fast Forces Collections Available Now

Hillside, NJ – December 7, 2011 – Developers of HeroClix Online today announced the integration of the game’s first DC Comics sets, Blackest Night and Superman Fast Forces, which together add over one dozen new figures to the online experience along with a new map, Sciencells. Additionally, physical Superman Fast Forces HeroClix, released today, now contain codes for the collection’s virtual counterparts.

The Blackest Night collection is now also available as a Starter Set option for new players to the game. Both sets can be used alongside one another in friendly matches and constructed tournaments.

HeroClix Online, currently in Paid Beta, is the digital transliteration of the popular collectible miniatures-focused combat game enjoyed by millions of players and collectors worldwide.  Announce Two New Sets – Blackest Night and Superman Fast Forces –
and Introduce Unlockable Online Content in Physical Products

Hillside, NJ – December 5, 2011 – Leading licensed collectibles maker and game creator, National Entertainment Collectibles Association (NECA)/WizKids, today announced development on the first two DC Comics sets for HeroClix Online, a digital transliteration of the popular tabletop game. The two new DC Comics sets, Blackest Night and Superman Fast Forces, will add over a dozen new figures to the game along with an accompanying map and are set to be released this Wednesday, December 7.

“We’re thrilled to announce the addition of DC Comics to HeroClix Online players,” said V.P. of Marketing at NECA, Justin Ziran. “We’re also happy to introduce codes for virtual HeroClix Online figures within physical HeroClix products. The codes provide a new, easy way to collect both physical and digital figures while connecting players of both versions of the game together.”

On December 7, Superman Fast Forces HeroClix will be the first physical product to hit the streets that will contain codes for the virtual Superman Fast Forces figures. Superman Fast Forces adds six new figures, including Superman, Supergirl, Steel, Lex Luthor, Kryptonian, Renegade and Bizarro to the game.  A new virtual map, The Farm, will follow the set.

Additionally, the famed Blackest Night collection will add seven figures to the online experience, including characters Green Lantern, Mera, Lex Luthor, Scarecrow, The Flash, The Atom and Wonder Woman, and will also be available as a starter set option for new players entering the game. The collection will bring a sixth map to the game, Sciencells.

Figures from both sets can be used alongside one another in friendly matches and in constructed tournaments in game.

Hillside, N.J. and Cary, N.C.—September 22, 2011—Developers of HeroClix Online, a digital transliteration of the popular combat-oriented tabletop game, today announced  the addition of the first wave of the Marvel Infinity Challenge collection to the online game.  The update includes over 30 new figures and an all-new map for battle.

“Infinity Challenge was the initial collection released at the launch of HeroClix 2002,” said said V.P. of Marketing at NECA, Justin Ziran. “It’s exciting to see these Marvel characters available for players in digital form. Not only will the set add new content, it will also provide players an additional, lower-cost option for collecting and tournament play.”

The complete Infinity Challenge collection will add over 50 unique figures and 178 new figures in its entirety to the online experience.

Announce New Set, Map, UI revamp and More
