Happy Tank Comics announces an Exclusive Variant Deal with Linebreakers Comic Book Store

Behemoth Comics imprint Happy Tank Comics has announced a Variant Cover partnership with Victorville comic book shop Linebreakers for Happy Tank’s Entire Roster of Comics. Linebreakers will release an exclusive cover for each Happy Tank release. 

This Happy Tank Comics/Linebreakers partnership will kick off with a jaw-dropping Linebreakers variant of Freak Snow #2 by Rob Cannon (right) and a forthcoming Turbo Kid variant cover from Spawn cover artist Björn Barends.

Happy Tank Comics fans will be thrilled to find out this will include the following titles:

  • Freak Snow #1 to #4
  • MFKZ #1 to #6
  • Cinnamon #1 to #3
  • Turbo Kid #1 to #2

And all future releases.

Turbo Kid Returns with a Prequel Comic from the Film Director and Storyboard Artist

Cult movie sensation Turbo Kid is turning into a multi-media franchise with a sequel film in development presented as the ‘’road warrior of the franchise’’, a video game in development by Outerminds (out in 2022), and now with a comic book series written by the directors and drawn by the storyboard artist Jeik Dion of the movie releasing at Happy Tank (imprint of Behemoth Comics) in September.

In this prequel mini-series, follow Apple, one of the fan-favorite characters of Turbo Kid, in an action-packed prequel! Are you ready to go deeper into the universe of this already cult movie? Face the Robots War and the path that led Apple on the Kid’s route!
 
Fans can expect non-stop action in this Turbo Kid comic book which expands on the Original Film’s lore. It’s an absolute must have companion to the first film and the upcoming game (out in 2022). Turbo Kid: Apple’s Lost Adventure #1 will be available from your Local Comic Shop in September 2021.
