Watch the Dark Heresy Combat Gameplay Showcase

Take a look at alpha gameplay from Warhammer 40,000: Dark Heresy in this new trailer for the upcoming party-based, story-driven cRPG. Access to the Alpha is available with the Collector’s Edition and Developers pack.

Lead investigations, uncover grand conspiracies, master tactical combat, and wage a secret war against heresy. Make tough choices as a conduit of the God-Emperor’s will.

While Dark Heresy’s combat system retains the core principles of Rogue Trader, it also adds new layers: characters can target their enemies’ weak points with both ranged and melee weapons to incapacitate them or do maximum damage to a specific part of the body. They can also break a whole group’s resolve by overwhelming enemies with their prowess and end fights early. This befits agents of the Inquisition, experts at breaking the bodies and spirits of Mankind’s foes.

Warhammer 40,000: Dark Heresy is coming to PC (Epic Games Store, Steam, and GOG), PlayStation 5 (PS5), and Xbox Series X/S. Become an acolyte of the Inquisition in this grim dark, party-based, story-driven cRPG.
