Dark Horse Direct caps off a Celebration of 30 Years of Hellboy Comics with a Hand-Numbered, Limited Edition Screenprint

Throughout 2024, Hellboy creator Mike Mignola, Dark Horse Direct, and curator Eric Garza have teamed up to produce the Hellboy 30th Anniversary screenprint line, reproducing some of the most iconic images in the fan-favorite character’s history. Now, Mignola has created a brand-new piece of artwork to complete this line of incredible screenprints and honor three decades worth of Hellboy adventures. Featuring colors by Dave Stewart, this striking piece will be available exclusively from Dark Horse Direct as a limited edition of 300.

The Hellboy 30th Anniversary Special Screenprint is the sixth and final Hellboy 30th Anniversary screenprint. While the Seed of Destruction #1, Wake the Devil 1994 Comic Ad, Dark Horse Presents #90, The Corpse and the Iron Shoes, and Pancakes screenprints all reproduce pivotal moments in Hellboy’s history, this final screenprint represents the culmination of the character’s legacy, juxtaposing images of the hero as a child and as the devilish Anung un Rama surrounded by some of his most fearsome foes. 

This new, 9-color screenprint is 24 inches wide by 36 inches tall and printed on 100# Cougar uncoated paper. Dark Horse Direct Announces Hellboy’s 30th Anniversary Pancakes Screenprint

Dark Horse Direct is releasing a hand-numbered, limited edition print of Mike Mignola’s iconic, two-page Pancakes comic, in which young Hellboy discovers “pamcakes.” The collectible limited edition print is the latest in a series of 30th anniversary Hellboy screenprints and is now available for pre-order.

Pancakes first appeared in the 1999 Dark Horse Presents Annual. Written and drawn by Hellboy creator Mike Mignola, the seminal story gives fans a glimpse into what it was like to raise a young Hellboy and reminds readers that he’s not so different from any other kid on Earth. 

The elegant black and white screenprint is 24 inches wide by 18 inches tall and printed on 100# Cougar uncoated paper. Dark Horse Direct and 343 Industries have joined forces to present the Halo 2: Master Chief 20th Anniversary Statue!

Based on the incredible art by Craig Mullins, this out-of-this-world statue was sculpted by the masters at Bigshot Toyworks and painted by J.W. Productions. Sliding down the side of an exploding ship, the Master Chief measures 9” wide by 8.5” tall. LED lights within the explosion and tip of the gunfire make this statue–much like the Master Chief himself–a beacon of light and hope to a universe at war.

The commemorative 20th anniversary collectible is limited to 1000 units and comes with a hand-numbered base and certificate of authenticity.
