After his initial declaration was withdrawn, a declaration by Joel Wienshanker was submitted to the court. The new declaration includes unsealed documents for:

• Sale Order with APA
• Transition Services Agreement
• Non-Disclosure Agreement
• Employee Manual

All four were sealed during the initial declaration but that was denied.
