Kidrobot’s San Diego Comic Con 2017 Exclusives and Pre-orders

Kidrobot has announced their ten San Diego Comic Con 2017 exclusives, all of which are now available for pre-order.

Kidrobot’s SDCC 2017 pre-orders are now officially open at sdcc.kidrobot.com! A percentage of each exclusive are offered for preorder on the website and the remaining quantities of each exclusive will be reserved for purchase at San Diego Comic Con 2017. The selection of exclusives includes licensed figures and pins from The Simpsons, South Park, Bobs Burgers, Ren and Stimpy, Andy Warhol and Adult Swim as well as an exclusive from their recent Arcane Divination Dunny Mini Series.

NYCC 2015: Diamond Select Toys Brings Panels, Exclusives and More

It’s almost October, and while many people’s thoughts have turned to dressing up for Halloween, some cosplayers have been aiming for a much closer date. On October 8^th, New York Comic-Con kicks off at the Javits Center in New York City, and Diamond Select Toys will be there with their brand-new booth full of prototypes to show off! Plus, exclusive toys, panel presentations, free posters, signings and more!

First up, Diamond Select Toys will have two exclusive products for sale at booth 1644. One is a limited-edition Batman: The Animated Series resin bust, of Harley Quinn as she appeared in the episode “Almost Got ‘Im”. Painted in black-and-white, this bust is limited to 1,500 pieces, costs $60, and comes packaged with a certificate of authenticity. The second is a Nightmare Before Christmas Minimates Deluxe Box Set, of Lock, Shock, Barrel and Battle-Damaged Jack Skellington, with the Bathtub! Limited to 3,000 pieces, it will sell for $30.

On Thursday evening, at 6:45 in room 1A05, DST will host the panel “Minimates Mini-Figures: Where Gotham Meets The Walking Dead.” The panel will feature a slide presentation, a Q&A with the Minimates planning and design team, and a prize drawing. On Sunday, at 3:45 in room 1A18, the creators behind many of DST’s other lines will convene for a second panel, “Gotham, Ghostbusters and Marvel Select: The World of Diamond Select Toys.” The panel will feature a completely different slide presentation focusing on action figures, vehicles and banks, followed by a Q&A and a prize drawing.

Diamond Select Toys will also be giving away a free promotional Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Minimate every morning of the show. SDCC 2015: Diamond Select Toys Announces Panels, Party and Promos

It’s that time of year again, the time when San Diego explodes into a ball of white-hot fire, and Diamond Select Toys is planning to be at the center of that fire! Once again, DST will set up shop at San Diego Comic-Con, at the San Diego Convention Center, from July 8^th through the 12^th. They’ll be showing off new products and selling exclusive toys at booth #2607, as well as hosting panels, throwing parties and giving away cool swag!

On Preview Night, July 8, be sure to stop by Booth #2607 first, to check out Diamond Select’s new setup, with larger display cases and a more navigable floor space. Exclusive toy products will be on sale, as well as plenty of regular releases, and many, many upcoming items will be on display! And if you’re looking for an in-stock, non-exclusive item that we don’t have at the booth, you’ll be able to order it from the DST website, right there on the show floor, and get free shipping!

On Thursday, July 9, Diamond Select Toys will kick off Comic-Con with a late-night fan party at the DST Lounge, hosted by Taste and Thirst on Fourth, at 715 4^th Avenue. Starting at 10:00 PM, the venue will be open to the public following a private event, and visitors can enjoy food and drinks while surrounded by images from the world of Kevin Smith’s View Askewniverse, including a life-size backdrop of the Quick Stop from Clerks! If you can’t make it that night, come back for food, drinks and photo ops all weekend!

Continuing the View Askew theme, each morning at 9:30, from Thursday July 9 through Sunday July 12, DST will give away a limited number of Mallrats promotional Minimates at booth #2607 – their first Mallrats product! Simply ask a DST team member, and they’ll let you know where in the booth they are being given out, but stop by early – they go fast!

Additionally, free full-size posters will be available at the DST booth throughout the weekend, featuring artwork of Jay and Silent Bob, Back to the Future and Aliens by the actual Minimates designers! A different design will be put out each day, so keep checking back to get them all.
