NYCC 2025: Leeanne M. Krecic’s webcomic Let’s Play moves to Tapas and Gets a Fourth Season

Leeanne M. Krecic and Tapas Entertainment have announced Krecic’s Eisner-Nominated and Ringo Award-Winning webcomic Let’s Play will be moving to Tapas exclusively with a fourth season announced to premiere on the platform. Seasons 1 through 3 will also be exclusively available on Tapas. Fans of the hit webcomic can expect to get their first look at Let’s PlaySeason Four during its panel at NYCC.

The move to Tapas coincides with the upcoming launch of the anime series on Crunchyroll which began on October 1st, the live Kickstarter campaign for volume 6 from series publisher Rocketship Entertainment, and upcoming new apparel from Bioworld.

On Friday, October 10th at New York Comic Con Krecic will appear on the Let’s Play Returns! panel with Rocketship Entertainment CEO Tom Akel and some surprise guests. The panel will be held in North-Room 406.1 at 5:45pm. Leeanne M. Krecic’s global phenomenon Let’s Play is back!

The premiere of the Let’s Play anime series from legendary studio OLM (Pokémon, Komi Can’t Communicate) on streaming giant Crunchyroll launches October 1st with seasons 1-3 of the webtoon moving exclusively to Tapas, with the highly anticipated all-new season 4 coming in 2026.

Fans attending the panel will get an exclusive first look at both the season 4 webtoon and a clip from the anime series along with some never before seen behind the scenes production art. Additionally, it’ll have a first look at the Let’s Play tabletop game from Rocketship Entertainment, publisher of the series. During the panel, fans will also get a sneak peek at Let’s Play’s new Bioworld merch that will be out in November in Hot Topic stores nationwide, and they’ll have the opportunity to win a copy of the pilot script signed by Krecic, the show’s director, and cast.

The series, published by Rocketship Entertainment, is in the midst of the Kickstarter pre-order campaign for Let’s Play Volume 6 with volumes 1 through 5 available everywhere books and graphic novels are sold. Let’s Play is published in 7 languages worldwide.
