Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City

Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City is coming soon for you to own. The film will be released digitally on January 18 and on 4K, Blu-Ray, and DVD on February 8. The release features three all-new featurettes that take you further into Raccoon City and also coming is a limited edition 4K Steelbook release which includes five collectible poster cards.

Raccoon City, which was once a booming home of pharmaceutical giant Umbrella Corporation, is now a dying Midwestern town. The company’s exodus left the city a wasteland…with great evil brewing below the surface. When that evil is unleashed, a group of survivors must work together to uncover the truth behind Umbrella and make it through the night.

Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City is directed by Johannes Roberts and stars Kaya Scodelario, Hannah John-Kamen, Robbie Amell, Tom Hopper, Avan Jogia with Donal Logue and Neal McDonough.

4K Ultra HD™ and Blu-ray™ include over 20 minutes of all-new featurettes, exploring the characters, creatures and creepy locations of Raccoon City as well as the process of adapting the first two games of the massively popular video game franchise for the big screen. Ghostbusters: Afterlife

From director Jason Reitman and producer Ivan Reitman comes the next chapter in the original Ghostbusters universe. In Ghostbusters: Afterlife, when a single mom and her two kids arrive in a small town, they begin to discover their connection to the original Ghostbusters and the secret legacy their grandfather, an original Ghostbuster, left behind. The film is written by Gil Kenan and Jason Reitman.

Ghostbusters: Afterlife comes to digital on January 4th and 4K UHD and Blu-ray on February 1.

The Mitchells vs. the Machines

The Mitchells vs. the Machines is coming to digital, Blu-ray, and DVD on December 14.

An old school father and his plugged-in, filmmaker daughter struggle to relate as their family embarks on a road trip to her new college. Their drive is interrupted by a machine apocalypse that threatens to tear these unlikely heroes apart unless they can find a way to join forces and save humanity.

The Mitchells vs. the Machines is directed by Mike Rianda and co-directed by Jeff Rowe with a story by Rianda and Rowe. It’s produced by Phil Lord, Christopher Miller, and Kurt Albrecht and executive producers include Will Allegra and Louis Koo Tin Lok. The cast features Danny McBride, Abbi Jacobson, Maya Rudolph, Mike Rianda, Eric Andre and Olivia Colman.

Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness

In 2006, American federal agent Leon S. Kennedy is invited to the White House to investigate a hacking incident. During the investigation, he encounters a horde of zombies in a mysterious attack against the President. Meanwhile, TerraSave staff member Claire Redfield uncovers a strange image drawn by a young boy in a country she visited. Haunted by this drawing, which appears to be of a victim of viral infection, Claire starts her own investigation. Claire visits the White House and has a chance reunion with Leon. Together, Leon and Claire investigate the connection between the White House attack and strange drawing and uncover a threat that will shake the nation to its very core.

Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness features a 30-minute making of special feature. It comes to Blu-ray and DVD on December 21.

The film is written by Shogo Mutoh and Eiichiro Hasumi, and directed by Eiichiro Hasumi. It stars Nick Apostolides, Stephanie Panisello, Ray Chase, and Jona Xiao.

Spider-Man: No Way Home Gets an official Poster

An official poster for Spider-Man: No Way Home has been released highlighting not just Spider-Man but also the returned Doctor Octopus and Green Goblin with hints at Electro and Sandman. Those characters from the Tobey Maguire “Raimi Trilogy” and the Andrew Garfield films will return for No Way Home and we have just a little while to find out how!

The Morbius Trailer Delivers Loads of Teasers

The official trailer for Morbius is here. Based on the Marvel character, the film is part of Sony Pictures‘ greater plan for its line of Spider-Man films.

The film delivers a lot of hints and teasers towards other films including “that thing that happened in San Francisco,” a reference to Venom, a quick view of Michael Keaton who plays the Vulture in Spider-Man: Homecoming, and pictures of Spider-Man in the background.

Morbius debuted in Amazing Spider-Man #101 in 1971 and was created by Roy Thomas and Gil Kane. The character has been both a hero and villain in the Marvel Universe.

Morbius stars Jared Leto as Dr. Michael Morbius, Matt Smith as Loxias Crown, Tyrese Gibson, Jared Harris, Adria Arjona, and Michael Keaton. It comes to theaters January 2022.

Spider-Man: No Way Home’s Trailer is Officially Here

Even after so much anticipation and hype, the teaser trailer for Spider-Man: No Way Home may deliver on it all. The film has Peter having to deal with his secret identity being revealed and the death of Mysterio. It leads to him going to Doctor Strange in hope of getting everyone to forget his identity. From there… the multiverse breaks and some classics return.

Spider-Man: No Way Home comes to theaters December 17.
