Stephan Nilson and Charles Pritchett‘s The Pound is set to return this September from IDW.  The second volume continues the adventures of Scottie and Howie—the animal control specialists who got in a little over their heads in original comic.

Teaming with artist Ibrahim Moustafa, Nilson and Pritchett are bringing The Pound back for four issues “of things that go bump in the night, featuring the brave (and exhausted) guys who chase them through Cleveland’s darkest corners. When Animal Control specialists Scottie and Howie were laid off by the City of Cleveland and went into business for themselves, they never could have guessed they’d be tangling with werewolves!”

The Pound: Ghouls Night Out brings new creatures to tangle with and the first issue features a guest starring cameo og Image Comics series Proof’s Agent John “Proof” Prufrock in a guest starring role!
