Samurai Returns With an All-New Story Arc

Titan Comics has announced the continuation of Samurai, written by Jean-François Di Giorgio with art from Frédéric Genét with an all-new story arc. This epic new series picks up after the events of the previous Samurai volumes and follows Takeo on an entirely new adventure.

Titan Comics published the Samurai Omnibus in 2015, this contained Volumes 1-4 of the comics as originally published by Marvel.

The terrible battle against the treacherous Akuma has been won, and the empire is safe once more. But Takeo has set out for the mysterious Unnamed Island to continue his quest to finally discover the truth about his brother and his family… and the symbolic tattoo that saved his life.

Samurai #1 will be available with two covers. Cover A has been designed by the overall artist of Samurai, Frédéric Genét and the Cover B variant features the incredible and distinctive watercolor work of David Mack.

Samurai will be available in stores and ​on ​digital devices from March 9.

Titan Comics To Publish Samurai Collected Omnibus – followed by all-new material!

This September, Titan Comics has announced their publication of Samurai Omnibus by Jean-François Di Giorgio and Frédéric Genet. Set in feudal Japan, the omnibus – which collects Samurai vol. 1-4 – tells the epic story of one Samurai’s quest for answers in a brutal world. This omnibus will be followed by the publication of all-new Samurai material, never before released in the English language.

Samurai is the latest series to join Titan’s European graphic novels range, along with critical and sales hits Void, Snowpiercer and books based on the works of Michael Moorcock
