ARCANA COMICS’ Pre-Orders, Apps, & Appearances

VANCOUVER (Aug 25, 2011)Arcana Comics, would like to invite you to read about all of our current happenings, including Pre-Orders available through Diamond, App news, Convention Appearances, and more! We’re down to the final days of the August Previews, so if there are any books that look exciting to you, be sure to ask your local stores to carry them. If you are a store, be sure to pick up copies of all of our releases.

If you weren’t aware, Arcana Comics has its own iPad / iPhone App, too! It’s a free download in the iStore and gives you access to the Arcana catalog and exclusive downloads! There are plenty of free books to download as well as new releases added all the time. If you don’t have an iPad or iPhone, don’t worry, there are also Arcana books available through the ComiXology app for Android. DOWNLOAD THE APP FROM THE ISTORE HERE.

Fan Expo Canada kicked off today, August 25th, and runs through Sunday the 28th at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Sean Patrick O’Reilly, the owner of Arcana Comics, will be appearning at the Harper Collins booth, 220, at 1:00 PM Friday and 2:00 PM Saturday. He’ll be there signing the new Harper Collins printing of The Clockwork Girl (ISBN:9780062080394). If you didn’t know, not only is The Clockwork Girl an amazing graphic novel, it’s being made into a 3D Animated Feature as well! Cola-Con runs on September 2nd at the Columbia Museum of Art in Columbia, SC. The convention is where hip-hop and comic book culture intersect and will be an event of comic book artists, vendors, visual artists, lectures, panels, and music. Arcana Comics is expanding its convention schedule this year by appearing at the Comikaze Expo at the Los Angeles Convention Center on November 5th and 6th.
