Hot-headed Johnny Storm was one of four people on the space flight accident that gave rise to the Fantastic Four. After their ship was bathed in cosmic radiation, Johnny gained the ability to create and control fire. In addition to generating powerful blasts of flame, he can envelop his body in plasma, giving him the ability to fly. Now dubbed “Human Torch”, he and the rest of the Fantastic Four are taking The Contest by storm. Flame On!

The Art of Splatoon 2 Blasts into Shops on October 15, 2019

Skybound Games Announces The Walking Dead: The Telltale Definitive Series for PS4, Xbox One, and PC

Following the recent conclusion of Telltale’s The Walking Dead: The Final Season, Skybound Games has announced it will release all four seasons of the acclaimed game series in a comprehensive physical bundle for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. The Walking Dead: The Telltale Definitive Series will be available in three Collector’s Packs – Protector, Guardian and Signature – each containing exclusive digital and physical bonuses.

Exclusive for Skybound Insiders for a limited time, all three Collector’s Packs of The Walking Dead: The Telltale Definitive Series are now available for pre-order on Skybound.com. Pre-orders will open up to the general public starting April 19 and will last until May 31 or sold out.

Furthermore, Skybound Games has just released a new Definitive Series announcement video hosted by Kinda Funny’s Greg Miller and featuring interviews from both the Skybound Games and Still Not Bitten teams, including Melissa Hutchison (voice of Clementine).

The Walking Dead: The Telltale Definitive Series Collector’s Pack details:

Kabam and NetEase have announced that the two companies are partnering for the official Chinese Android launch of Kabam’s popular and award-winning mobile game, Marvel Contest of Champions. Players on Android devices based in mainland China can pre-register to download the game when it launches in May 2019.

Rage 2 Gets an Art Book from Dark Horse

Kabam Acquires Montreal Mobile Game Studio Riposte Games & Co

Kabam announced today its formal acquisition of Riposte Games & Co, a Montreal-based games developer focused on cross platform, midcore games for mobile and Windows PC – including the fan-favorite real-time multiplayer strategy game Mini Guns – Omega Wars. Starting today, Kabam will assume publishing and marketing responsibilities for Mini Guns and future Riposte Games & Co titles. Following the acquisition Riposte Games & Co will operate under the Kabam Montreal label while supporting current games as well as developing and launching new titles.  

Founded in 2014, Riposte Games & Co has emerged as a strong creator of midcore free-to-play (F2P) games on mobile and Windows PC. In a short few years, the team has created and launched top-performing games, including Mini Guns – Omega Wars, Dungeon Stars, and Shop Heroes. Led by a group of savvy video game professionals from Ubisoft, Gameloft, and Ludia, the company is built to combine technology and art to create a fantastic player experience.

Marvel’s Iron Man VR is Coming to Playstation VR Later This Year

Announced at the Playstation “State of Play,” later this year you’ll be able to experience what it’s like to be within Iron Man‘s armor with Marvel’s Iron Man VR. The game comes to Playstation VR exclusively from Marvel Games, Sony Interactive Entertainment, and Camouflaj.

Featuring the brand new “Impulse Armor” designed by Adi Granov the game has you playing as Tony Stark confronting ghosts from his past. You’ll come in contact with allies and villains jetting around the globe on heroic missions. The game will include flying, shooting, and more taking advantage of the virtual reality platform.
