Scout Comics & Entertainment Inc. has announced that it is extending its trade paperback publishing program by signing an exclusive distribution deal with Simon & Schuster, effective October 1, 2020, and by signing with the Webber Agency for exclusive representation for foreign language rights deals around the globe.
