Due to a successful Kickstarter, Dynamite Entertainment will be restoring Swords of the Swashbucklers. After more than twenty-five years out of print the comic publisher has also tapped writer Marc Guggenheim to write the new ongoing Swords of the Swashbucklers series, which is slated to land in stores December, 2017.

Dynamite will also be shopping the film and television rights shortly.
