Creating the ultimate fanboy mash-up, STARZ has tapped pop-culture icon – screenwriter, producer, director, actor and comic book writer – Kevin Smith to moderate the network’s “Ash vs Evil Dead” panel at New York Comic-Con featuring cast and crew of the long-awaited Evil Dead reprise. Taking place Saturday, October 10^th at the Hammerstein Ballroom, Smith is set to moderate what is sure to be an epically entertaining and mind-blowing panel about the highly anticipated new series which will premiere Saturday, October 31^st on STARZ.

Joining Smith will be original Evil Dead filmmaker Sam Raimi (who directed all the films and the first episode of “Ash vs Evil Dead”) and original Evil Dead and series star Bruce Campbell, as well as showrunner Craig DiGregorio and cast including: Lucy Lawless (“Salem,” “Spartacus,” “Xena”), Ray Santiago (“Touch,” Meet the Fockers), Dana DeLorenzo (A Very Harold & Kumar 3D Christmas) and Jill Marie Jones (“Sleepy Hollow”).
