Voice actor Lauren Landa added to Otakon Guest Roster

LaurenLandaOtakorp Inc. welcomes voice actor Lauren Landa to the guest roster for Otakon 2015. She is best known for such roles as the ninja beauty Kasumi in Dead or Alive 5 and the sexy Litchi Faye Ling in the popular fighting games BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger and its sequels, BlazBlue: Continuum Shift, BlazBlue: Continuum Shift Extend and BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma.

A Los Angeles native, Landa’s acting career began at age 11 with a stage production of Annie. Her later productions included Rogers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella, Bye-Bye Birdie, and Comic Potential. She was assistant director for such stage productions as Stephen Sondheim’s Merrily We Roll Along, Batboy: The Musical, and the Greek comedy, Lysistrata.

In the world behind the microphone, in addition to her roles in Dead or Alive 5 and the BlazBlue games, she is best known for such roles as the badass Kyoko Sakura in Puella Magi Madoka Magica; the enthusiastic Yan Leixia in Soul Calibur V; the deadly Little Queen in Tales of Graces; the valley-girl racer in pink, Boiboi, in REDLINE; the adorable zombie, Squigly, in Skullgirls; kind-hearted Leia in Tales of Xillia; the innocent Chubo Sonken in Ikki Tousen: Great Guardians and most recently, the quiet and even more badass Annie Leonhardt in the hit anime series Attack on Titan; One in DrakenGard 3 and Nora in Noragami.

She has also voiced several other roles in anime and video games, such as Leeza in Blazing Souls Accelate; Arf and Chrono Harlaown in Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha/ A’s; Kirche Van Zerbst in Familiar Of Zero; Aegil, Cotton and Sasha in Rondo of Swords; Lila in Summon Night Twin Age, Rina in Luminous Arc 2; Yoko in Sakichi Satô’s Tokyo Zombie; as well as performing in the Syfy channel’s anime addition, Monster, and more.
