Greg Rucka is a master at writing crime/noir comics and also strong female leads. Stumptown brings those two things together. In what started as a straightforward story about a missing guitar has turned into a hard boiled comic about drugs, gangs and trafficking. The characters are solid and entertaining and the art is fantastic. It’s an easy choice to make Stumptown Vol. 2 #3 the comic, and a series, you should be checking out.

• Iron Man #1 – Marvel’s second week of new Marvel NOW! releases has two this week of which this has my interest. The new creative team has big shoes to fill and where they take Tony Stark from here will be interesting.
• Storm Dogs #1 –
