On top of a shiny new booth at New York Comic Con, digital comics leader comiXology announced two items yesterday. Comixology has announced it will soon allow for submissions from independent creators to publish their comics on the digital comic platform. In addition, folks can now pre-order comic books to boot. That's two huge items.
