More Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark Woes
Yesterday Twitter was flooded with reports an actor was injured during Monday’s performance of Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark. Reports say an actor was injured after a cable broke in Act 2 of the Broadway musical. The show was first put on hold, and then canceled as ambulances arrived on the scene.
CNN has reported that actor Christopher Tierney fell about 20 to 30 feet performing a stunt in the second act. Tierney is one of nine actors who perform the stunts when Spider-Man is masked during the performance. He’s listed in serious condition.
