STORY PICKED UP FOR TV SERIES COLLECTED IN TRADE FORMAT

LOS ANGELES, Calif., November 10, 2010 – Top Cow Productions, Inc. is proud to announce the comic series Rest, which has been picked up by NBC to be made into a television series as previously reported by Deadline.com, has been collected and is in stores as of today.

Written by Mark Powers (GI Joe) and art by Shawn McManus (Sandman) and Marco Castiello (Witchblade), the long awaited collection produced by Heroes star Milo Ventimiglia and DiVide Pictures centers on the story of John Barrett, a man going nowhere.  In his late 20’s, he’s stuck in a dead-end job with no friends and no future.  When his best friend from college mysteriously resurfaces with news of a wonder drug that replaces sleep, John falls into a conspiracy that threatens to change the course of human history.

The 144-page REST Volume 1 Trade Paperback collects Rest #0-5 along with a cover gallery, behind-the-scenes commentary and sketches.
