Anyone that thought AMC’s adaptation of Robert Kirkman’s visceral zombie series the Walking Dead would be watered down for television have no need to worry.  Over on their blog covering the series launch, AMC has been releasing images and videos of what we can expect for this small screen adaptation.

We can all breathe a sigh of relief after seeing this and how seriously they’re taking the series.  The Walking Dead is coming to a television near you October 2010 during AMC Fearfest.
