Sarah Wayne Callies, who you might know from House or Prison Break, will be joining the cast of The Walking Dead.  She’ll be portraying Lori Grimes the wife of the show’s main character Rick who will be played by Andrew Lincoln.

The series which will be on AMC is based on the comic book by Robert Kirkman.  The series follows a group of people trying to survive in a world post zombie apocalypse.  Production will begin in August.
