Hero Initiative’s Wolverine: Weapon X 100 Project hits stores December 2

The Hero Initiative is a fantastic charity that help’s raises money for comic book creators and their families that are in need.  They teamed up with Marvel comics and produced 100 unique covers for Wolverine: Weapon X that were auctioned off on Ebay to raise funds.

Those covers will be bundled in a collection this December and is the perfect opportunity for you to support this great cause.  From the Hero Initiative website:

Celebrate with Multi-creator book Signing events all over the continent!

Los Angeles, CA, November 18, 2009 – If you can’t cough up tens of thousands for the Hero Initiative’s Wolverine: Weapon X 100 Project original covers, don’t fret! You can own the whole collection! On December 2nd, the massive 152-page collected book will be released, including artwork from legends such as Neal Adams, J. Scott Campbell, David Finch, Arthur Adams and Tim Sale. The Wolverine: Weapon X 100 Project is available in Limited edition hardcover for $25 and soft cover for $12.99.
